INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Blueberry Mix
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Cup of Whole Milk
- 1 TBSP of Melted Butter
PREPARATION
- Beat egg and milk together.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes for blueberries to hydrate.
- Ladle onto griddle and cook at 350 degrees until tops of pancakes are covered with bubbles.
- Flip pancakes and cook until both sides are golden brown
